Security Operations Manager/Facility Security Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Operations Manager/Facility Security Officer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of security operations and ensuring the safety and security of our facilities and personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures
• Manage and supervise security personnel
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments
• Investigate security incidents and breaches
• Coordinate with law enforcement and other agencies as needed
• Maintain security systems and equipment
• Provide training and awareness programs for employees
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or related field
• Current security clearance or ability to obtain one
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of security technologies and systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Security Management or related field
• Certifications such as CPP, CISSP, or similar
• Experience with specific security software and systems
