Blu Omega is seeking a FIAR Compliant Consultant Senior to support the Department of the Air Force's Space Sensing organization. This role is responsible for supporting financial accountability, asset valuation, and audit readiness within the supported operating environment.
Program Overview
The Deloitte Space Force FIAR Space Sensing program supports financial improvement and audit readiness efforts for Space Systems Command's Space Sensing organization, including space-based missile warning, tracking, and environmental monitoring capabilities.

Key Details
Clearance / Suitability: Secret clearance required
Responsibilities
- Support asset valuation, reconciliation, and recording activities
- Conduct internal controls walkthroughs and testing
- Assist with audit readiness and audit response support
- Develop and track corrective actions
- Document procedures and monitor controls and compliance activities
- Prepare financial and operational reports and perform data analysis
- Support training and knowledge transfer
- Automate recurring processes such as reconciliations, status reporting, and evidence tracking
- Manage audit workpapers and supporting documentation
- Coordinate provided by client (PBC) requests and audit sample selections
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Active Secret clearance
- Experience with FIAR, internal controls, and audit readiness initiatives
- Ability to develop reports, identify trends, and automate processes
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Compensation
Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00
