Wi-Fi Mobile Analysis Engineer Location: Philadelphia, PA, 19160 | Full-Time | Onsite (5 days/week) Company: L&T Technology Services LTD About the Role Step into a pivotal role as a Wi-Fi Mobile Analysis Engineer and bring your wireless technology expertise to a collaborative, dynamic team in Philadelphia. You'll play a critical part in advancing device testing, certification, and analytics for next-generation mobile solutions. Responsibilities
- Lead device testing and certification for 4G, 5G (SA, NSA, mmWave), VoLTE, VoWiFi, and RCS/SMS/MMS across lab and field environments.
- Analyze and troubleshoot device issues, capturing and triaging logs from iOS and Android devices using advanced tools.
- Execute and interpret call flow tests over RRC and NAS protocols, ensuring network performance meets standards.
- Utilize data analytics and visualization platforms (Tableau, Databricks, etc.) for detailed device issue reporting and insights.
- Communicate findings to OEMs and chipset vendors, facilitating swift resolution and product improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement in device performance and testing methodologies. Required Skills and Experience
- Deep knowledge of wireless technologies: 4G, 5G (SA, NSA, mmWave), VoLTE, VoWiFi, RCS/SMS/MMS.
- 7+ years of hands-on device testing and certification experience in both lab and field environments.
- Solid understanding of RRC and NAS protocol call flows and throughput testing scenarios.
- Minimum 2 years experience with iOS and Android device testing, including log collection/triaging.
- Proficiency in logging and analysis tools: XCAP, XCAL, QXDM.
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools: Tableau, Databricks, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and communication skills for issue identification and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (preferred). Preferred Skills
