Job Summary: Modem Test Engineer Location: Mountain View, CA 94043, United States Job Type: Full-Time About the Role Join our dynamic team at L&T Technology Services as a Modem Test Engineer, where your expertise in carrier acceptance testing will drive cutting-edge advancements in 4G and 5G modem technology. - Execute comprehensive modem carrier acceptance testing for top carriers including T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon
- Conduct independent debugging, scope testing, and in-depth failure analysis to resolve UE/TE setup issues
- Operate advanced R&S and Keysight 4G and 5G test platforms for operator CAT
- Mentor and assist junior engineers to ensure accurate and efficient testing procedures
- Maintain strict adherence to carrier protocol test procedures, requirements, and certification timelines
- Analyze LTE and 5G NR (SA and NSA) architectures, features, call flows, and protocols for robust test coverage
- Adapt to a 24x7 rotating shift schedule, including mornings, evenings, and nights Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in modem carrier acceptance testing for major US carriers
- Proficiency with R&S and Keysight test equipment for 4G/5G
- Strong troubleshooting abilities in debugging and scope testing environments
- Deep understanding of LTE and 5G NR architectures and relevant protocols
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding junior team members
- Commitment to flexible shift work, including nights and weekends

- Previous experience supporting large-scale device launches
