SAIC is seeking a topnotch Supply Chain Management Lead to serve as a technical liaison with Intel Community (IC) partners. This senior-level role provides high-impact supply chain management expertise to a mission-critical Operations & Maintenance (O&M) program supporting an agency with significant material, property, and logistics needs. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and brings deep knowledge of lifecycle supply chain operations within the DoD or IC.
This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph and is in Chantilly, VA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support supply chain management operations, as directed.
- Create high-quality reports, position papers, and executive briefings.
- Analyze existing supply chain lifecycle processes-including material management, property/warehousing, and transportation management-and identify operational gaps.
- Recommend and develop strategies for process improvements and operational optimization.
- Recommend and execute corrective strategies to address audit findings.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate systems, applications, and SAP training modules; propose improvements as needed.
- Develop SAP training initiatives and materials, as directed.
- Conduct process mapping and document areas of improvement.
- Standardize documentation procedures across supply chain functions.
- Facilitate biannual property meetings, working groups, and related forums.
- Assist with planning and executing strategic marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required to be considered for this role.
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in the DoD or IC lifecycle logistics and supply chain management.
- Demonstrated ability to assess, improve, and manage large-scale, mission-critical supply chain operations.
- Experience collaborating with government stakeholders and executing process improvements in compliance-driven environments.
- Strong communication skills with experience preparing professional briefings and reports.
