Cellular Radio Frequency Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Cellular Radio Frequency Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting cellular radio frequency systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RF engineering, cellular networks, and a passion for innovation.

• Design and implement cellular RF systems and networks
• Perform RF site surveys and link budget analysis
• Troubleshoot and resolve RF-related issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration
• Develop and maintain RF system documentation
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry standards

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in RF engineering and cellular networks
• Strong understanding of cellular standards (e.g., LTE, 5G NR)
• Experience with RF planning tools and simulation software
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

• Master's degree in a related field
• Experience with specific cellular technologies or equipment vendors
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for RF systems
• Previous experience in a similar role within the defense or government sector

Active Secret clearance required. U.S. citizenship is required.
