What You'll Do
- Answer inbound customer service calls and provide timely support.
- Make outbound calls to patients, doctors' offices, hospitals, and insurance providers.
- Enter and manage customer orders accurately within company systems.
- Verify insurance coverage, co-pays, deductibles, and authorizations.
- Communicate order status and insurance information to patients and healthcare providers.
- Schedule equipment fittings and user training appointments.
- Process and manage a high volume of faxed orders and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is complete.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders move efficiently through the fulfillment process.
- Provide compassionate and professional support to customers in potentially stressful situations.
