Title: Project Manager / Scrum Master (Data & Automation)
Location: Remote, Canada
Duration: 12 Months

Introduction

We are seeking experienced professionals to support upcoming initiatives across Data Platform and Automation projects. The ideal candidates will have strong client-facing experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage complex project environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Require an Active Security Clearance
• 7+ years of experience in Project Management and/or Scrum Master roles
• Strong background in Data Platforms and/or Automation projects
• PMP certification and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
• Proven client-facing experience with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with large enterprise clients (IBM experience is a strong asset)
• Exposure to cloud, data engineering, or automation frameworks
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across data and automation initiatives
• Act as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in Agile and/or hybrid environments
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data, and infrastructure stakeholders
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution
• Drive issue resolution and problem management across project lifecycles
