Epsilon C5I (www.epsilonsystems.com/c5i), a division of Epsilon Systems Solutions, is a 100 percent employee-owned company founded in 1998 with more than 20 locations serving the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, Department of Homeland Security, non-profit and commercial customers. The Dayton division is one of only five prime awardees for the 10-year, $4.7 billion NOVASTAR contract supporting the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), WPAFB, Ohio.
The Dayton division is currently searching for a Senior PIR Analyst (A4). The role requires strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with PIR processed data analysis and production, along with a solid understanding of remote sensing fundamentals, detection phenomenology, and target phenomenology relevant to the supported production thread. Personnel must have detailed expertise in PIR sensor phenomenology, remote sensing fundamentals, detection and target phenomenology, and PIR processed data analysis and production.
This position requires a diverse set of technical and task management skills and allows for the opportunity to contribute immediately to important, meaningful work. An active TS/SCI clearance is required. Work is performed onsite in the Dayton, Ohio area.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve and maintain certifications in accordance with the training and standardization/evaluation program.
- Support time-constrained and content-dominant analysis (TC3/CD).
- Participate in mission operations, RFI responses, QC processes, and dissemination workflows.
- Collaborate with engineers, AI/ML R&D teams, and mission partners.
- Conduct PIR exploitation with emphasis on atmospheric and meteorological data impacts.
- Perform event characterization using environmental and spectral inputs.
- Identify, locate, and index emitters and fiducials in government databases.
- Conduct atmospheric feature identification and rapid reporting activities.
- Apply meteorological and climate data in operational PIR analytics.
- Conduct target detection, signature analysis, and ISR-driven mission support.
- Integrate multi-INT sources to produce tailored intelligence products.
- Interface with collection managers and ISR tasking entities.
- Create standard and non-standard reporting products, including GIS-based outputs.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or military/technical training with 4 additional years of experience.
- 10 years of relevant analytic or exploitation experience in DoD or IC.
- Applicant must have an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance, with SCI eligibility.
- Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
- Applicant must reside within commuting distance to WPAFB, OH or willing to relocate to the area.
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- PIR exploitation
- Atmospheric/meteorological data use & modeling
- Hyperspectral / spectral analysis
- Must have strong written communication skills, possess good people skills, demonstrate strong attention to detail and have the desire to work on a highly focused technical team of engineers, analysts, and scientists.
- Possess effective communication and be able to collaborate with Customers, and cross-functional teams, document technical processes, and present solutions to stakeholders.
- Must be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.

- Prolonged use of computer (typing/keyboarding).
