Epsilon C5I is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Electro-Optical (EO) Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT) Analyst (ES1) with two or more years of experience to provide EO hyperspectral analysis solutions in support of intelligence production at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center. This MASINT analyst will plan, conduct, and accomplish broad intelligence exploitation assignments while working as a part of a multi-organizational team with scientists, engineers, and other team analysts. May be called upon to assist with requirement development and deliver presentations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct EO MASINT exploitation with emphasis on hyperspectral data analysis.
- Participate in mission operations, RFI responses, QC processes, and dissemination workflows
- Collaborate with engineers, R&D teams, and mission partners
- Support time-constrained and content-dominant analysis (TC3/CD)
- Interface with collection managers and ISR tasking entities
- Perform event characterization using environmental and spectral inputs
- Conduct atmospheric feature identification and rapid reporting activities
- Conduct target detection, signature analysis, and ISR-driven mission support
- Create standard and non-standard MASINT reporting products
- Integrate multi-INT sources to produce tailored intelligence products
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering. Or equivalent military/technical training with additional 4 years of experience.
- 2+ years of relevant analytic or exploitation experience in DoD or IC
- Applicant must have an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance, with SCI eligibility
- Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
- Applicant must reside within commuting distance to WPAFB, OH or be willing to relocate to the area
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Hyperspectral / Spectral Analysis
- Spectroscopy
- EO/IR MASINT exploitation
- ISR mission data exploitation
- All-Source Analysis
- Must have strong written communication skills, possess good people skills, demonstrate strong attention to detail and have the desire to work on a highly focused technical team of engineers, analysts, and scientists
- Possess effective communication and be able to collaborate with Customers, and cross-functional teams, document technical processes, and present solutions to stakeholders
- Must be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies

- Noise conditions range from very quiet to noisy.
- Prolonged use of computer (typing/keyboarding).
- Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand, walk, and may occasionally lift and move at least 25 pounds.
