Summary:
• Design, test, and productize artificial intelligence and machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.
• Train, monitor, and iteratively enhance scalable models deployed across modern cloud architectures.
• Lead technical teams and serve as a primary subject matter expert for AI and machine learning initiatives.
• Transform data science prototypes into robust, production-ready software using Python, Java, C, and R.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 17+ years
• Total Compensation: $337k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Design, create, test, and productize AI/ML algorithms and models capable of learning and predictive analysis.
• Research, evaluate, and implement suitable machine learning algorithms, libraries, and frameworks.
• Select appropriate datasets, perform statistical analysis, and design data and knowledge representation methods.
• Convert data science prototypes into scalable solutions integrated with enterprise data pipelines.
• Establish comprehensive test and evaluation criteria, emphasizing model explainability, resiliency, verification, and validation.
• Deploy, schedule, monitor, and retrain models to maintain optimal performance and address data distribution shifts.
• Provide software engineering and system integration oversight while mentoring and leading technical teams.
