Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is searching for a Scrum Master in support of United States Space Force (USSF) Space Systems Command (SSC) and Combat Forces Command (CFC) Defensive Cyber Operations.

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $125,000/year to $145,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors. MTSI also offers a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location. Required Skills:
- 6+years' experience as Scrum Master or Agile coach
- Applications/Frameworks (at least 2): JIRA, Confluence, Slack, & SAFe
- Experience or Knowledge in the following Areas: Agile software development, agile methodologies, software development life cycle management, cross-functional team (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in STEM related specialty plus 6 years' experience as Scrum Master or Agile coach (required); or Master's degree in STEM related specialty and 3 years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach
Certifications:
- SAFe Scrum Master & SAFe for Teams, SAFe PO/PM or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master & SAFe for Government, SAFe PO/PM
Security Clearance:
- Must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance. A Top Secret (TS) security clearance (with SCI and SAP eligibility) is HIGHLY desired.
Location/Travel Requirements:
- Place of work is Colorado Springs, remote work opportunity is limited. You may be required to travel periodically, less than 10%.
