Overview
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work with our team and our clients to analyze mission and business needs, gather and refine requirements, and translate complex information into clear, actionable requirements for project teams. You will review and interpret technical, programmatic, and other project documentation to understand requirements, identify dependencies and gaps, and support successful solution delivery.
We are looking for an experienced analyst with strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills who can work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Contributions
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and refinement activities with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Review, interpret, and analyze technical, programmatic, and business documentation to identify and understand requirements.
- Translate business and mission needs into clear, actionable functional and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, customers, developers, and other technical team members to clarify requirements and support solution development.
- Identify requirements gaps, dependencies, risks, and areas requiring additional stakeholder clarification.
- Facilitate requirements discussions, workshops, and working sessions to develop a shared understanding of project needs and priorities.
- Break down complex requirements into well-defined features, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support development teams.
- Support Agile planning and delivery activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other requirements-focused ceremonies.
- Maintain requirements documentation and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support project teams in evaluating proposed solutions against documented requirements.
- You will contribute to the growth of our team and support successful delivery of mission-focused solutions.
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of total experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting technical projects and solutions.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements.
- Experience reviewing and interpreting technical, programmatic, and business documentation to understand and define requirements.
- Experience translating complex business and mission needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and support solution delivery.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred:
- Previous experience supporting cybersecurity and/or AI/ML projects.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification or equivalent Agile/Scrum certification.
- Experience working in federal government contracting or supporting federal programs.
