Standard Job Description
Senior Property Analyst will be responsible for the long-range digital transformation planning and execution, business process automation across RMS, with direct asset management work supporting Owego and Sikorsky line of business locations. Ideal candidate would have strong knowledge of all DOW Government Property reporting business systems (PIEE) as well as FAR part 45 and DFARS contractual language in regards to Government Property accountability oversite.
This role provides an exciting opportunity to increase knowledge of the inner workings of SAP S/4 HANA and how it interacts with the rest of the 1LMX F&BO processes and system landscape. Candidate will partner with both functional and technical teams to ensure coordination and alignment of priorities and tasks.

- DCMA Audit support
- Generating ad hoc reports / metrics / presentations as requested
- Creation and execution of test scripts and procedures for 1LMX
- Defect triage and remediation
- Data Validation
Basic Qualifications
- Proficient in DOW Government Property reporting business systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Business Suite.
- Understanding of Basis of Estimates for level of effort organization.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external counterparts for business system integration.
