Location: Austin, TX
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week
Contract Length: 6 months
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.-10:30 a.m. CT
Pay Rate: $28.00/hour
Start time may change based on drug and alcohol testing needs.

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Drug and Alcohol Program Coordinator to provide administrative support for a drug and alcohol testing program. This position will assist with random testing pool management, appointment scheduling, recordkeeping, reporting, and training coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate random testing pool lists.
- Support the random selection process and track results.
- Schedule drug and alcohol testing appointments.
- Notify selected drivers and supervisors of testing requirements.
- Maintain calendars and trackers for scheduled, completed, and outstanding tests.
- Assist with program reporting, including testing completion rates.
- Provide general administrative support for the program.
- Help prepare materials for required training.
- Handle confidential employee and contractor information with discretion.
- Follow established procedures and escalate issues when needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- One to two years of administrative or coordination experience.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to follow established processes and manage multiple priorities.
- Hybrid schedule with three days onsite per week.
- Minimal travel required; occasional travel may be necessary.
- Schedule flexibility may be required based on testing needs.
