Responsibilities:
- Lead product discovery and definition for loan and debt management solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate into product requirements
- Prioritize product backlog and manage product roadmap
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features
- Conduct user research and analysis to validate product decisions
- Create and maintain product documentation
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis
- Proven track record in financial services or banking domain
- Strong understanding of loan and debt management processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools is preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Understanding of API integration and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
