Description:
Our client seeks a technology-focused Digital Product Owner to support financial loan and debt platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product backlog management and prioritization for financial loan and debt platform features
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements
• Facilitate user story creation and acceptance criteria definition
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features
• Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement
• Ensure alignment of product roadmap with business objectives and strategic goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or business analysis roles
• Proven track record in managing product backlogs and prioritizing features
• Strong understanding of financial services industry and loan/debt platform requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with both onsite and remote team members

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with financial loan/debt platforms or similar systems
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services sector
• Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
• Background in software development lifecycle processes
