LOA Benefits Analyst

Our client, a real estate company in Miami, FL,. is need of a LOA Benefits Analyst for a year-long contract-to-hire position. Working in a hybrid model, four days/week onsite, the Analyst specializes in Leave Administration and is responsible for managing and analyzing the client's leave programs to ensure they comply with legal requirements and meet employee needs. This role will oversee the administration of various types of leave, including but not limited to, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), short-term and long-term disability, parental leave, military and personal leave.

Core responsibilities include ensuring these programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations, and coordinating closely with leave and disability vendor partners to ensure a seamless experience.

Required skills:

• 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, data analysis, or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in Excel, including the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets, create complex formulas, and generate meaningful visualizations
• Meticulous and thorough in reviewing data and documentation, with a commitment to maintaining the highest level of accuracy
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CEBS, CLMS, PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus
