Full-Stack Software Developer (Top Secret)

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to support a brand-new contract supporting the FBI in Huntsville, AL. The team is seeking an individual with expertise in designing, developing, integrating, and modernizing applications for enterprise data migration. Details below:

Location: Huntsville, AL (100% onsite)

Responsibilities of the Full Stack Developer:

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications.
• Develop and optimize APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, quality, and security.
• Build cloud-native solutions and support AWS-based environments. Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and infrastructure integration.
• Align solutions with cloud modernization and migration initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver business requirements.
• Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and product demos.
• Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.
• Implement secure coding, auditing, compliance, and data governance standards.
• Troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, and optimize system performance.
• Support automated testing, release readiness, and production deployments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture artifacts, and API specifications.
• Provide technical guidance, project updates, and status reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications of the Full Stack Developer:

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8+ years of software development experience
• Active Top Secret clearance
• Experience with front-end and back-end solutions using modern frameworks
• Experience with APIs, microservices, relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, DevSecOps environments, and automated testing
• Experience developing documentation and communicating with stakeholders

Compensation of the Full Stack Developer:

• Total compensation based on experience level - $155,000-$175,000+ **based on experience level and total years of experience**
• Full Benefits: PTO/Holidays, Medical, Dental, and Vision, 401k
• Brand-new, long-term contract
