-Provide Strong Development, Design and Build of ServiceNow Applications and Integration to other applications and platforms, including architecture, languages, best practices, and methodologies in an Agile Scrum environment.
-Support the standup, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow’s ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM Modules.
-Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups, and Roles.
-Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
-Create and configure tool integrations with ServiceNow, such as Elastic, Netcool, and Kafka.
-Design and implement solutions following established Configuration Management policies.
-Integrate data from multiple data sources into a unified CMDB, ensuring data quality and integrity.
-Coordinate and support application and platform upgrades.
-Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements.
