If you love engaging with high profile and challenging executive administration supporting the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), Serco has a great opportunity for you! As an International Logistics Analyst with Serco, you will provide support to the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Sustainment, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Product Support. You will work with a senior government team to enable logistics integration between the operational commands, U.S allies, and U.S. partner nations. This includes linking theater logistics to policy adjustments in OSD-Sustainment. You will provide logistics leadership and technical assistance in all aspects of Security Cooperation across the Department, including Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), Geographic Commands, Services, and Implementing Commands.
This position supports a Pentagon-based customer and may be performed remotely from anywhere within the United States. Candidates must be willing and able to travel 25% as needed.

As a Logistics Analyst, you will:
- Review logistics assessments of U.S. international allies and partner nations.
- Review and assessment on issues relating to security assistance cases involving DoD provided equipment.
- Leading select interagency groups comprised of personnel from DoD, Department of State, Department of Commerce, and other federal agencies.
- Acting as a key participant in decision-making bodies comprised of OSD staff, U.S. military service staffs, and U.S. allies and partner nations.
- Planning, scheduling, and organizing international forums and events.
- Participate in international working groups including:
- Republic of Korea (ROK)-U.S. Logistics Cooperation Committee (LCC)
- U.S. - Japan Defense Industrial Cooperation Acquisition and Sustainment (DICAS)
- Ukraine Sustainment Working Group
- Partnership for INDO-PACIFIC Industrial Resilience (PIPIR)
- Joint Sustainment Supply Chain Forum (JSSCF), and
- AUSMIN Defense Acquisition Committee (ADAC) Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul (MRO) Project Working Group
- Assist in the increase of capability and capacity of depot-level component repair by partner nations while improving US military readiness.
- Provide oversight and logistics technical assistance to the training of Security Cooperation Officers.
- Participate in and speak at DoD sponsored International Logistics Seminars.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- A master's degree can be substituted for two years of experience.
- 15 years of relevant experience.
- An active DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret.
- Technical knowledge and experience with international logistic sustainment support related to maintenance, repair, overhaul, and depot operations of weapons systems.
- This experience may include Foreign Military Sales, Direct Commercial Sales, or Cooperative programs with emphasis on the logistics aspects of those activities.
- Experience with project management and interfacing with senior DoD leadership.
- Ability to travel 25% as needed.

- Must have interpersonal skills and experience for achieving consensus with stakeholder views and interest is highly desired.
