Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Work location is Camp Humphreys, Korea.

• 
  Responsible for providing technical direction for C4OPS planning and policy.
  
• Responsible for assisting in the development of interoperability and interdependency requirements of systems, networks, and cybersecurity.
• 
  Responsible for assisting supported organizations in articulating their requirements and recommended C4OPS priorities for battle command/senior leaders.
  
• 
  Responsible for developing the organizational messaging strategy for engaging the entire customer base.
  
• Responsible for developing Service Level Agreements and Memoranda of Agreement.

Qualifications

Shall possess:

1) Five(5) or more years of experience in network operations and maintenance (O&M) services, a Common Operating Picture (COP), and Secure Internet Protocol Video Teleconferencing (IP VTC)
2) Education: BA/BS in information technology or related discipline
3) Certification: CCNA Security, ITIL V3/V4
4) SECRET Clearance

Security Clearance Requirements:

• Active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance is required.
• Must be familiar with handling and securing sensitive government data and systems in accordance with DoD and federal policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA/BS in information technology or related discipline.
• Certifications such as SecurityX/CISSP or cloud-specific (AWS, Azure).
• Experience supporting DoD contracts or working in defense-related environments.

Work Environment:

• May require occasional travel between work centers or to client sites.
• Some after-hours or on-call support may be necessary.
• Must comply with all DoD and organizational security policies and training.

• On-site work in a secure government or contractor facility.

• Must be able to work in a high-security environment and comply with all relevant security protocols.
