The EMC2 organization delivers advanced, multi-domain battle management capabilities that enable joint and coalition operations worldwide. We are seeking an experienced administrative assistance to support two Directors within this market segment.
This individual will serve as the Director's ambassador, interfacing with cross - functional executives, senior management, and staff at all levels while expertly managing a volume calendar, domestic and occasional international travel arrangements, and expense reporting. This proactive professional will exercise discretion in handling email and in - person requests, prepare briefing materials and PowerPoint presentations, coordinate and support a variety of meetings-including events-and ensure all administrative details, task updates, and deadlines are tracked and communicated. Strong communication skills and a detail - oriented, proactive mindset are essential for success in this role.
This position requires the individual to travel between our Moorestown, NJ and King of Prussia, PA locations. The individual must be able to commute to both as needed.
Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative duties for assigned supervisor/manager or senior staff member. Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining alphabetical, numerical and/or subject files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail. May take and transcribe dictation; uses personal computers and standard desktop software to compose reports, correspondence, and memorandums; reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. May provide guidance and direction, as needed, to lower-level secretaries and other clerical employees.

Basic Qualifications
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal and external management and administrative staff
- Demonstrated executive presence through professional presentation and support a very professional environment
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and able to effectively manage executive calendars, Teams sites and meetings, and perform intermediate level tasks utilizing Powerpoint, Word, and Excel
- Manages executive calendars, arranges meetings, supports certain key meetings in-person, and interfaces with all levels of team members
- Possesses a level of domestic and international travel arranging experience as well as follow on expense reporting utilizing Concur to include reconciling corporate travel card
- Flexible to support intermittent extended work hours, when needed, work independently and execute projects with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated to handle and/or delegate initiatives in leader's absence
- Must be able to multi-task and complete assignments accurately and on time
- Possess the ability to work well independently and in teams and creates an approachable atmosphere
- Performs additional special assignments as required in support of program, executive staff and administrative organization
- Performs Resource Management for Portfolio resource accounts and distribution lists, including working knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, Concur and Internet research skills
- Demonstrate/use judgment, and the utmost discretion and confidentiality
