The Test Site Lab Management Team is seeking a Project Specialist/Lab Lead to support the Development and Test family of labs in the Moorestown, NJ Test Sites and Labs organization. The role will provide hands-on support for engineering efforts in the testbeds and environments in the Naval Systems Computing Center (NSCC) family of Labs, and at the Combat Systems Engineering Development Site (CSEDS) when needed. Tasking includes, but is not limited to;

• Direct interface with Engineering, Users and Program Site Leads
• Support of day-to-day operations of development testbeds and environments
• Manage Site Readiness and Equipment Status
• Closed Area Custodian
• Lab Access and Training
• Customer Support
• Equipment Classification and Security support
• Basic troubleshooting of issues to ascertain correct team to engage in problem resolution
• Lab Planning and Configuration Documentation support
• Site Change Implementation Notice (SCIN)
• Assist with coordinating equipment installation and general Laboratory Activation topics
• Support Test Operations Staff with Lab/System configurations and setup verification

Basic Qualifications

• 3 Years of experience in a lab or testbed environment

• Information Technology, Hardware Engineering, Technical or similar background.

• Experience with MS Office and Visio

• Able to independently determine and develop approach to solutions

• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

Desired Skills

• Associates's Degree or higher

• Familiarity with all areas of the AEGIS Computing Infrastructure.

• Experience with expeditionary and virtualized systems

• Understanding of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Management, and Moorestown Lab processes.

• Experience working on a Hardware/Software Engineering and/or Hardware Support Team.

• Able to independently determine and develop approach to solutions

• Experience with Project Management

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $79300.00 - $147300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
