The Work
The Launchers Integrated Engineering team is seeking a Senior Member of Engineering Staff - Systems Engineer to support Launchers programs within Lockheed Martin's portfolio. The candidate should have the ability to develop requirements and documentation for the Launchers products, participate in System Requirement Reviews, and develop the big picture perspective of the Launchers solutions.
Tasks for Senior Member of Engineering Staff - Systems Engineer on these projects include:
• Executing Systems Engineering tasks throughout program lifecycles.
• Developing systems requirements and decomposing to subsystem level requirements
• Prepare for and support System Requirements Reviews (SRRs), and external interface discussions with customer organizations.
• Supporting internal and external design reviews.
• Develop diagrams and interfaces for Launchers Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) efforts across multiple programs.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or scientific discipline, plus 5 years' total experience
• 3+ years of related experience with development and maintenance of system requirements
• Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to comprehend and work successfully with complex programs
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the Secret level
Desired Skills
• Masters degree in Systems Engineering or related field
• Prior background working Launching Systems or similar programs
• Prior experience with Rhapsody and/or CAMEO
• Prior experience with DOORS
