What You'll Do:
Sensor Data and Performance Analysis
- Analyze EO/IR sensor data from lab, ground, and flight testing to characterize performance (e.g., NETD, MTF, uniformity, dynamic range, detection and track performance) and verify it against requirements.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, scripts, and tools to ingest, process, and visualize large sensor and test datasets.
- Investigate anomalies and field issues through root cause analysis, working back from data to hardware, firmware, or integration causes.
- Define data collection plans and test conditions so that tests answer the right engineering questions.
- Turn analysis into clear technical products: briefings, trend reports, and recommendations for leadership and customers.
Sensor Hardware Engineering
