Postion: Recruiter
Location: Remote (US-Based; Eastern Time Zone preferred)
Seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dedicated team supporting the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) background investigation program.
In this high-volume, fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in screening and onboarding qualified personnel. Working alongside an established team of recruiters, you will execute a structured, high-frequency outreach process to meet critical client hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume candidate outreach and initial screenings, performing 6 to 8 structured candidate screens per day.
Follow standardized screening protocols and scripts to consistently evaluate candidates for program alignment and eligibility.
Source passive and active candidates across key industry channels, utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, and internal databases.
Maintain accurate candidate tracking, statuses, and notes within the recruiting system.
Collaborate closely with team members and hiring managers to ensure smooth candidate progression through the hiring pipeline.
Required Qualifications
Understanding of nationwide talent sourcing strategies, with the capability to manage requisitions spanning multiple regions and time zones.
2–3 years of recruiting experience preferred (candidates with slightly less experience but a solid baseline understanding of recruiting processes will be considered).
Hands-on experience or familiarity with core sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and ClearanceJobs.
Ability to thrive in a highly repetitive, volume-driven environment requiring consistent execution and focus.
Openness to receiving feedback, adapting to established screening frameworks, and learning program-specific requirements.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate candidate qualifications and project expectations effectively.
