BILINGUAL INSURANCE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE English & Spanish | Lincoln, Nebraska Pay $19.50/hour Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Location Lincoln, NE On-site IMPORTANT: This is a 100% on-site position. No hybrid schedule and no remote work. Position Overview We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Bilingual Insurance Service Representative who is fluent in both English and Spanish. In this role, you will support insurance customers by answering questions, providing accurate information, and helping resolve service needs in a timely and courteous manner. What You'll Do • Provide high-quality customer service in English and Spanish by phone and through other approved service channels. • Answer questions about insurance policies, billing, claims processes, account information, and general service needs. • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in company systems. • Research issues, explain next steps clearly, and resolve concerns or route them to the appropriate department. • Protect confidential customer information and follow all company, privacy, and compliance procedures. • Meet established quality, productivity, attendance, and customer-service expectations.
