Duties
As a UNIT PROGRAM COORDINATOR (TITLE 5), GS-0303-7, you will assists the lead CSS in managing daily administrative and unit-level support, executes assigned programs in line with the Personnel Services Delivery Guide (PSDG), and supports training of personnel to maintain mission readiness and compliance with Air Force policies.

AREAS OF CONSIDERATION: The areas of consideration for this position, Title 5 Excepted Service, will be in the following manner and sequence:
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE : GS-7 Level MUST possess 1-year equivalent to at least next lower grade level of GS-5; experience administering military personnel management programs; preparing personnel actions; maintaining personnel files and electronic records; assist with understanding of personnel policies and procedures; compile reports and briefings; maintain accurate personnel records and databases.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

- Assists higher graded specialists in areas critical to unit operations, ensuring adherence to Air Force policies.
Conditions of employment
