Last Mile Fill Device Test Engineer

Description:
On-site in San Diego, CA Our client seeks a Last Mile Fill Device Test Engineer to support the Cyber and SIGINT Solutions Operation within the Intelligence Community. This role involves critical testing and validation of fill device systems used in last mile delivery solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement test plans for fill device hardware and software components
• Execute functional, performance, and reliability testing on fill device systems
• Analyze test results and identify root causes of failures
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues
• Document test procedures, results, and recommendations
• Support integration testing of fill devices with broader delivery systems
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical feedback

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in hardware/software test engineering
• Experience with embedded systems and firmware testing
• Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., CAN, SPI, I2C)
• Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Clearance Requirement:
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence Polygraph (CI Poly) required.
