Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Senior Contract Specialist / Administrator III in Washington, DC.

Position is located in Washington, DC.
Salary Range: $70-125k

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree, or higher degree and/or at least 8 years of relevant experience in the contracting field.
- Extensive knowledge of the FAR
- Possess excellent ability to communicate orally and in writing in order to effectively assist customers and effectively participate as a team member.
- Individual must have capability and technical capacity to recommend strategies and procurement methods that require senior level expertise to assist the Government as needed.
- Participates as an active team member, assesses contractual requirements, and provides meaningful recommendations even if unsolicited. Excellent computer skills, especially in the use of Microsoft (MS) Office products such as Word and Excel, Google Workspace Products such as Calendar, Sheets, Chat, G-mail, Docs, Slides, Drive, Meets etc. and possess strong internet research skills.
- Demonstrates thorough knowledge of Government contracts including FFP, Fixed Price with Economic Adjustments, Labor Hour, and/or Time & Materials. If individual has some knowledge of Cost Type contracts, it is considered a plus.
