Job Description
The Software Engineer will take full-stack ownership of end-to-end features across a suite of web applications assisting various testing processes for the AEGIS combat system. You will be expected to write clean, well-tested, well-documented code across both front-end and back-end systems. You will work directly with the government customer to gather requirements, map out implementation details, and write code to develop and refine requested features, incorporating regular feedback throughout the development lifecycle. Additionally, you will respond to support requests, debugging code issues and assisting users as needed. You will act as a Team Lead for a small team of software engineers.

o SQL and relational database concepts
o One or more server-side programming languages (e.g. Python , Go , etc.)
o JavaScript for client-side functionality
o Git for version control and code collaboration
Preferred Skills/Experience
o Adobe ColdFusion
o Microsoft Power Platform suite
The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000 to $125,000.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or other quantitative fields, such as engineering or mathematics
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Active Secret security clearance
- At least one of the following certifications:
o CCNA-Security
o CySA+
o GICSP
o GSEC
o Security+ CE
o CND
o SSCP
- Proficiency with:
o HTML and CSS web fundamentals
o SQL and relational database concepts
o One or more server-side programming languages (e.g. Python , Go , etc.)
o JavaScript for client-side functionality
o Git for version control and code collaboration
Preferred Skills/Experience
- 15+ years of software engineering experience
- Master's degree in computer science or other quantitative fields, such as engineering or mathematics
- Proficiency with:
o Adobe ColdFusion
o Microsoft Power Platform suite
- Experience in server configuration/maintenance
- Agile Developer certification or Certified Scrum Developer certification
The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000 to $125,000.
