Bennett Aerospace is seeking Financial Operations Specialist in Arlington, Virginia. This position supports the Resource Oversight team by supporting division wide financial transactions and provides tracking.

Position Responsibilities:
- Support division-wide financial transactions for construction, rent, and other projects
- Track and process Reimbursable Work Agreements (RWAs), Reimbursable Agreements (RAs), obligations, de-obligations, transfers, and IPAC reports
- Monitor quarterly open obligations and financial close-outs for accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate deliverables with analysts and review work for accuracy before submission
- Identify process efficiencies and recommend improvements to financial operations
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of (1) year of experience in above responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications :
- Previous Federal Government support
Security Requirements:
- Clearance Level Required: Public Trust to Top Secret
- Applicants selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements.
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
- Successful Pass of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening and Credit Check.
