Cameo Modeler
The Role
We are seeking a Cameo Modeler to support Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and mission engineering efforts for a Department of Defense (DoD) mission. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience with Cameo Systems Modeler and an interest in systems architecture, operational modeling, and digital engineering.

The Role
We are seeking a Cameo Modeler to support Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and mission engineering efforts for a Department of Defense (DoD) mission. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience with Cameo Systems Modeler and an interest in systems architecture, operational modeling, and digital engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and maintenance of system and operational models using Cameo Systems Modeler.
- Assist with mission threads, operational views, and system architecture models using DoDAF, UAF, and SysML.
- Help incorporate existing and emerging capabilities into mission-level models.
- Support systems engineers, analysts, and operational stakeholders in identifying requirements, capabilities, and relationships.
- Maintain model organization, documentation, and traceability within a collaborative modeling environment.
- Participate in model reviews, walkthroughs, and technical discussions with team members and Government stakeholders.
- Learn and apply MBSE and digital engineering best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD TS/SCI clearance.
- 1-3 years of experience in systems engineering, systems modeling, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with Cameo Systems Modeler, SysML, or other MBSE tools.
- Basic understanding of systems architecture and modeling concepts.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with DoDAF or UAF.
- Familiarity with Teamwork Cloud or Cameo Collaborator.
- Exposure to mission engineering, operational analysis, or Department of Defense programs.
- Familiarity with digital engineering or MBSE practices.
- Experience with scripting or automation in Cameo.
- DoD, Navy, Marine Corps, or Joint mission experience.
Certifications:
- Cameo/MBSE, OMG OCSMP, INCOSE, DoDAF, or UAF training/certification is a plus but not required.
