Job Description
Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Perform watch desk and systems engineering duties on rotating 12-hour shifts.
• Monitor enterprise system health, performance, and data pipelines using container and observability tooling.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, network, and dataflow issues in an enterprise Linux environment while advancing system architecture and requirements.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 20+ years
• Total Compensation: $316k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Analyze user requirements, CONOPs, and high-level system architectures to develop comprehensive system requirements specifications.
• Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and emerging technologies.
• Oversee system architecture, design documentation, and implementation planning through systems engineering management plans and I&T plans.
• Troubleshoot and monitor distributed environments utilizing Jira, Confluence, Rancher, Elasticsearch, Redis, NiFi, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Nagios, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Maintain ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of engineering deliverables and interface definitions.
• Communicate effectively with program personnel, executive stakeholders, and technical teams.
