Web Developer
***Per client requirement, candidates must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with a full scope polygraph***
Location: Chantilly, VA
Signature Federal Systems is seeking a strong, Web Developer to support critical web infrastructure projects
Required:
5+ years of experience of developing websites, and/or web applications
5+ Experience using JavaScript and PHP
Experience writing source code for new applications or reviewing, generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications or software
Knowledge of database systems and mySQL
Ability to work across both front?end and back?end development, including user interfaces, middleware, services, and APIs, to deliver complete solutions
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or 8+ years of experience in Web Development or Software Engineering in lieu of a degree
Nice to Have:
Experience using content management systems (e.g. Joomla) and/or knowledge of CMS plug-ins and extensions
Knowledge of building, enhancing, web application and/or API
Experience with AWS
Experience project management tools such as Jira or Confluence
Experience with front?end frameworks and fundamentals, such as HTML, CSS, responsive design, and accessibility
Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment
Ability to acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization?
