Summary/Objective

Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team. THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD.

Essential Functions

• Provides supervisory and leadership oversight for the task order.
• Manages all aspects of the program to meet contract cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Directs and manages internal and external communications.
• Leads, manages, and executes task order activities in alignment with the program management plan.
• Oversees technical, cost, and schedule performance, including identifying and managing associated risks.
• Reports risks and performance updates at facility-level risk review boards.
• Prepares for and participates in mandated audits, including Inspector General, IT security, cybersecurity, physical security, environmental, health and safety, and property audits.
• Provides program control documentation, oversight, and quality control for a DoD customer.

Required Education and Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
• General experience must include 12 years in management or leadership roles

Salary range $135,000 - $175,000
