Summary/Objective

Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team. THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD.

Essential Functions

• Supervises and leads day-to-day facility operations and maintenance for a DoD continuous-operations facility.
• Plans, directs, and coordinates all functions of the designated task order to meet contract performance requirements and objectives.
• Manages cost, schedule, and performance, ensuring expenditures remain within the task order budget.
• Ensures adequate 24/7/365 staffing to operate and maintain critical facility systems.
• Oversees proactive and reactive repairs to maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Maintains authoritative knowledge of all facility systems, including physical layouts, drawings, analyses, incident reporting, facility services, and records.

Required Education and Experience

• Education: BA/BS; AA/AS; or High School Diploma (or GED)
• Experience: 10 years total, with general experience including 6 years directly related experience and 3 years in management or leadership roles.
• Certifications: Position-specific certification(s) may be required; years of experience can be supplemented for degrees.
• Additional: Must support 24/7/365 continuous mission operations and be available for on-call support during nights, weekends, and holidays as required by mission needs, as this is a continuous 24/7/365 operational facility for the DoD customer.

Salary range: $105,000 - $140,000
