Summary/Objective

Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team.

Essential Functions

• Serve as the technical authority and strategic advisor for Knowledge Operations support roles.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive data governance model to guide data usage, quality, and management.
• Provide technical expertise to advise and assist government stakeholders in enhancing the operational effectiveness and efficiency of Applications and Data Management services.
• Apply innovative data analytics capabilities to identify improvements and optimize mission-focused operations.
• Advise and assist the government by offering recommendations to strengthen resilient communications and computing infrastructure.
• Perform IT functions in alignment with Federal and Department of Defense regulatory guidance to ensure compliance, security, and operational continuity.

Required Education and Experience

• Master's Degree or equivalent in STEM related field from an accredited institution with at least 8 years of relevant IT experience working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoW program/ projects.
  • Acceptable alternative: Bachelor's degree in STEM related field plus 12 years of relevant IT experience working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoW program/projects.
• Must have 3+ years of Knowledge Operations Management experience working with Records Management and Database Development and extensive knowledge of all the items under the task order.
• Capable of leading, coordinating, and executing specialized IT system planning, design, maintenance, sustainment, and assessment activities.
• Works independently and/or leads teams to analyze and resolve problems.
• Must be able to provide daily supervision and direction to support teams.
• Must have extensive experience working directly with Records Management Systems & Database Development.
• Must have Database Management & Development Experience.
• Must be able fully capable of working in DoW IT environment immediately, with little to no assistance.
