Summary/Objective

Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team.

Essential Functions

• Serve as the senior technical authority and strategic advisor for all Knowledge Operations support roles.
• Develop, implement, and maintain an enterprise data governance model to guide data integrity, stewardship, and lifecycle management.
• Provide advanced technical expertise to advise and assist government stakeholders in improving the operational effectiveness and efficiency of Applications and Data Management services.
• Leverage innovative data analytics capabilities to enhance mission operations and drive data informed decision making.
• Advise and assist the government in developing recommendations to strengthen resilient communications and computing infrastructure.
• Perform and support IT functions in accordance with Federal and Department of Defense regulatory guidance to ensure compliance, security, and operational resilience.

Required Education and Experience

• Master's Degree or equivalent in STEM related field from an accredited institution with at least 15 years of relevant IT experience working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoW program/ projects.
  • Acceptable alternative: Bachelor's degree in STEM related field plus 15 years of relevant IT experience working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoW program/projects.
• Must have 5+ years of Knowledge Operations Management Experience in the DoW IT Environment and extensive knowledge of all the items identified under the task order.
• Capable of leading, coordinating, and executing specialized IT system planning, design, maintenance, sustainment, and assessment activities.
• Works independently and/or leads teams to analyze and resolve problems.
• Must be able to provide daily supervision and direction to support teams.
• Must have extensive experience working directly with Records Management Systems & Database Development.
• Must have Database Management & Development Experience.
• Must be able fully capable of working in DoW IT environment immediately, with little to no assistance.
