Position Title: Operations Support Specialist / Ship Operations

Location: Arlington, VA - Hybrid (off-site with telework authorized) 

Clearance required: SECRET 

Scope of Work: Provides ship operations support to ONR Code 32, managing logistics for ship and airborne technology tests across multiple technology readiness levels and program elements. Coordinates with Naval entities including the submarine force and naval special warfare elements.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Support and manage S&T or R&D efforts to develop and demonstrate ship operations capabilities across TRLs and program elements 6.2, 6.3, and 6.4 


• Manage and deploy logistics related to ship and airborne technology tests in collaboration with Naval entities 


• Extract and organize complex technical design, performance, and cost analysis information for ship operations 


• Plan and execute S&T meetings, workshops, and program reviews at scales up to one hundred participants  

• Active Secret clearance 


• U.S. citizenship 


• Bachelor's degree from a fully accredited college or university, or a high school diploma with at least ten (10) years of experience providing logistical, administrative, business, and financial support 


• Ten (10) years of documented experience supporting and managing S&T or R&D ship operations efforts

Desired:

• Experience in Navy ERP or similar SAP experience


• 10-year experience requirement may be reduced to eight (8) years with a current PMP certification 


• Completion of DAWIA S&TM (Levels II or III) or Business FM (Levels I, II, or III) core training
