Program Analyst II

Position Title: Program Analyst II

Location: Arlington, VA - Hybrid (off-site with telework authorized) 

Clearance required: SECRET 

Scope of Work: Provides program and financial analysis support to ONR Code 32, extracting and organizing cost analysis information for technical programs and tracking availability and use of funds. Responds to data calls and supports meetings, workshops, and program reviews.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Extract and efficiently organize cost analysis information for technical programs 

• Track availability and use of funds and review financial documents and plans for impact on program objectives 

• Respond to data calls for information concerning technical, programmatic, and financial aspects of programs 

• Plan and execute meetings, workshops, and program reviews 

• Active Secret clearance 


• U.S. citizenship 


• Bachelor's degree with at least one (1) year of verifiable business and financial support experience, or a high school diploma with at least three (3) years supporting S&T and/or R&D missions 


• Three (3) years of experience extracting and organizing cost analysis information for technical programs 

Desired:

• Experience in Navy ERP or similar SAP experience


• Completion of DAWIA S&TM (Levels II or III) or Business FM (Levels I, II, or III) core training
