Program Analyst IV

Position Title: Program Analyst IV

Location: Arlington, VA - Hybrid (off-site with telework authorized) 

Clearance required: SECRET 

Scope of Work: Provides program and financial analysis support to ONR Code 32 organizations with S&T missions, including cost analysis, funds tracking, and spend plan development. Responds to data calls and supports program reviews.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Extract and organize cost analysis information for technical programs 

• Assist in the annual phasing and planning process and help Program Officers develop spend plans 

• Track availability and use of funds and review financial documents for impact on program objectives 

• Support organizations with S&T and/or R&D missions 

• Respond to data calls and plan and execute meetings, workshops, and program reviews 

• Active Secret clearance 


• U.S. citizenship 


• Five (5) years of experience in Navy ERP 


• Bachelor's degree with at least five (5) years of verifiable business and financial support experience for S&T and/or R&D missions, or a high school diploma with at least ten (10) years of such experience 


• Five (5) years of experience extracting and organizing cost analysis information for technical programs

Desired:

• Completion of DAWIA S&TM (Levels II or III) or Business FM (Levels I, II, or III) core training
