Position Title: SETA Technical Support SME - EXP HAZ

Location: Arlington, VA - Hybrid (off-site with telework authorized) 

Clearance required: SECRET 

Scope of Work: Provides SETA subject matter expertise in Expeditionary Warfare and combat engineering to ONR Code 32. Supports S&T efforts centered on MCM and MIW in support of DMO, LOCE, and EABO concepts across TRLs.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Support and manage S&T efforts to develop and demonstrate Expeditionary Warfare technologies across program elements 6.2, 6.3, and 6.4 

• Extract and organize complex technical, performance, and cost analysis information for Expeditionary Warfare concepts centered on MCM and MIW 

• Work with USMC and Fleet Marine Force representatives to develop scenarios in support of DMO, LOCE, and EABO 

• Coordinate with the Fleet, ONI, and Expeditionary Warfare stakeholders to analyze requirements and identify MIW S&T gaps 


• Plan and execute S&T or R&D meetings, workshops, and program reviews at scales up to one hundred participants 

• Active Secret clearance 


• U.S. citizenship 


• Bachelor's degree from a fully accredited college or university 


• Ten (10) years of operational Combat Engineering experience 


• Ten (10) years of experience supporting and managing Expeditionary Warfare S&T efforts 

Desired:

• Experience in Navy ERP or similar SAP experience 


• DAWIA S&TM Level I or Engineering and Technical Management foundational training 


• 10-year experience requirement may be reduced to eight (8) years with a current PMP certification
