Position Title: SETA Technical Support SME - MCM & MIW

Location: Arlington, VA - Hybrid (off-site with telework authorized) 

Clearance required: SECRET 

Scope of Work: Provides SETA subject matter expertise in Mine Countermeasures (MCM) and Mine Warfare (MIW) to ONR Code 32. Supports S&T efforts to develop and demonstrate MCM technologies across TRLs and coordinates with Fleet, ONI, and MIW stakeholders.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Support and manage S&T efforts to develop and demonstrate MCM technologies across program elements 6.2, 6.3, and 6.4 


• Extract and organize technical, performance, and cost analysis information for MIW and EOD systems including underwater acoustic and non-acoustic sensors, transducers, and arrays 


• Work with Fleet representatives to develop scenarios and predict performance of future MIW technologies 


• Coordinate with the Fleet, ONI, and MIW stakeholders to analyze requirements and identify MIW S&T gaps 


• Plan and execute large (over 50 participants) S&T or R&D meetings, workshops, and program reviews

• Active Top Secret clearance 


• U.S. citizenship 


• Bachelor's degree from a fully accredited college or university 


• Ten (10) years of operational MCM experience 


• Ten (10) years of experience supporting and managing MCM S&T efforts 

Desired:

• Experience in Navy ERP or similar SAP experience 


• DAWIA S&TM Level I or Engineering and Technical Management foundational training 


• 10-year experience requirement may be reduced to eight (8) years with a current PMP certification
