Job Description
Position Title: Test Director
Location: Arlington, VA - Hybrid (off-site with telework authorized)
Clearance required: SECRET
Scope of Work: Directs testing for ONR Code 32 research and development programs, including field testing and evaluation and data analysis. Supports the integration, demonstration, and transition of S&T programs across Navy and Marine Corps warfare areas.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Support DoD research and development programs, field testing and evaluation, and data analysis
- Report at short notice on relevant program technologies and capabilities for executive audiences
- Support the integration, demonstration, and transition of S&T programs
- Coordinate across Navy and Marine Corps warfare areas
- Active Secret clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Five (5) years of experience with DoD R&D programs, field testing and evaluation, and data analysis
Desired:
- Experience in Navy ERP or similar SAP experience
- Knowledge of Future Naval Capabilities and Innovative Naval Prototypes
- Experience translating operational requirements into system technology solutions
