Salary Range: 95k-105k - commensurate with the candidate's skills, experience, location, and qualifications.

- Lead personnel security program activities.
- Provide expert guidance on security policies and compliance matters.
- Support strategic initiatives and process improvements.
- Review reports, metrics, and operational performance.
- Mentor and guide junior personnel.
- Coordinate complex security issues with stakeholders.
Required Education/Qualifications:
- Security Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility and current CI Polygraph required.
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Extensive personnel security experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and program management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree.
- Prior team lead or supervisory experience.
