Modernization PM Support

As a Modernization PM Support professional you will provide in-depth multidisciplinary professional engineering expertise based on involvement in and knowledge of intelligence, test, and acquisitions community.

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:

• Support collaborative processes bridging the intelligence community, warfighter capabilities needs (requirements), and planning for acquisition of materiel solutions, with a focus on the operationalization and integration of intelligence information to enterprise planning, prototyping and modeling activities.
• Provide engineering expertise and analysis regarding foreign cyber and electronic warfare capabilities, and their impacts to the overall platform, sensitive sub-systems and programs.
• Serve as a technical intelligence engineering SME in the application of systems, electronics, mechanical, aerospace, electrical engineering, cyber and related engineering disciplines such as radar and electronic warfare.

Required:

• 15+ years of relevant work experience to include acquisitions, test, intelligence, and Special Access Programs
• Extensive experience in knowledge management, technical writing, communities management, records management, and curriculum development and requirements gathering (required)
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence (required)
• Certified Knowledge Manager Certification - Knowledge Management Institute (desired)
• Specific DoD or ACAT 1D experience (desired)

Educational Requirements:

• BS in Engineering or relevant field

Clearance Requirements:

• Candidate must have a US Top Secret SCI security clearance with SAP experience

The pay range for this position is $180,000/year to $220,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors.
