You will be the Systems Engineer for the Integration and Test team within Advance Development Program (ADP) which is responsible for system integration and verification/validation of hardware and software-intensive systems.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Systems Engineer Sr you will be responsible for defining verification methods and associated System Integration Lab (SIL) capabilities, creating, maintaining, and executing verification procedures, and reporting test results including status, formal reports, and problem reports.

Your responsibilities will include:

Apply system engineering techniques to impact the direction of products to design, develop, test, and support software products for multiple programs.

This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate posess an active secret clearance.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline

• Experience integrating and testing hardware and/or software

Desired Skills

• Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) System integration lab.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in Agile team environment

• Experience with tracking tools (JIRA, GitLab, GitHub, etc)

• Eggplant, Cucumber or other system test automation tooling

• Experience with Omniview and Mission Planning conops

• Ability to develop and communicate long term hardware integration strategies

• Experience developing BOEs to support proposals

• Technical leadership experience of small teams

• Ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with others, engage in constructive conflict, and manage interpersonal dynamics

• Security+ Certification

• TS/SCI Clearance will be required for this role (Secret to start with Investigation in last 6 years)

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
