Role Description
Provide infrastructure and system administration support for Windows Servers, web servers, COTS applications, monitoring and security tools, CI/CD environments, Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM), and Disaster Recovery (DR). Support infrastructure configuration, troubleshooting, automation, documentation, and change management activities. Work collaboratively with software developers, architects, DBAs, SMEs, and security teams to maintain reliable and secure infrastructure environments.
Required Experience
5–7 years of System Administration experience.
Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting servers, preferably Windows Server.
Experience supporting operating systems, hardware, virtualization, networking, and related infrastructure technologies.
Experience upgrading, configuring, and supporting COTS applications.
Experience with monitoring and alerting tools.
Experience supporting Disaster Recovery and Technology Lifecycle Management activities.
Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation and infrastructure diagrams.
Experience supporting infrastructure changes and troubleshooting technical issues.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.
Required Skills
Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, subnetting, and DNS.
Working knowledge of virtualization, load balancers, networking, DNS, and firewalls.
Understanding of infrastructure and security best practices.
Knowledge of Disaster Recovery (DR) and Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM).
Experience with monitoring and alerting technologies.
Knowledge of PowerShell, Windows command line, or similar scripting languages.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Technical documentation and infrastructure diagramming.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
